Meeting Information

The new meeting location is at the Bensley Community Center at Bensley Park, 2900 Drewery's Bluff Rd, across from the DSCR. We will meet the second Wednesday of every month from 7-9pm.

Membership/Fiscal Year

October 31st is the end of the membership year. Annual dues for the year beginning November 1st can be paid at the October meeting or mailed to the treasurer: Phil Thomas, PO Box 34622, Richmond, VA 23234. Dues are $15 per person and $25 for a family membership.

Terms of officers

Officers serve for one year in their elected positions, the year roughly coinciding with the membership year. Since there is no September meeting this year, the procedure for nomination and election of officers will deviate somewhat from the By-Laws. The Executive Committee will act as the Nominating Committee and a list of nominees for office will be mailed and listed on this web site in September. At the October meeting those nominated in September and nominations from the floor will be narrowed down to a slate of officers that will be officially elected and seated during the November meeting.
